Breaks a slider plugin I am using

I am using smart slider 3. Unfortunately your theme breaks the slider on mobile which is the only area this mobile only slider needs to go. The slider dev says that wp touch “The wp_head and the wp_footer incallings are not happening, which are used by plugins to call in their files. If you would turn it off, your slider will work on phones too.” Can you please help me with a fix or give me some alternative slider plugins that are known to not be broken by wp touch.
