I tried using both this plugin and Sidebar login together, and I didn’t run into any issues: the sidebar log in form works fine on my end:

You might want to check your other plugins as one of them might conflict with Sidebar Login. You can use the Javascript Console to look for javascript errors when trying to log in. Could you post the Javascript errors here, if you find any?

@noryslintas I was able to reproduce the issue on your site, but not on mine. Could you try switching to a different theme for a few minutes, and see if the problems remains?

Little Update
I’ve installed it on another host (altervista) with both autoinstaller and manual installation.
Here is my configuratio and plugin active:
WordPress version is 3.5.1
Jetpack Only for Admins 1.1
Jetpack Versions 2.2.2
Polylang 1.0.4
I’ve tried with only infinite scroll and without any jetpack option (only the plugin actived), the loop still persist.

I can reproduce the problem on your site, even when Twenty Twelve is active.
At this point, I don’t know what could create this problem. I would suggest that you contact the author of the Sidebar Login plugin and ask them to have a look. They might have an idea of why the login fails. You can point them to this thread.
It seems the problem happens to others as well, and they do not seem to be using Jetpack Only For Admins on their site:
