Brevo API Integration – Only 10 Lists Synced

    Hello, we have recently activated the Brevo (ex Sendinblue) API integration with the Popup Builder subscription form add-on. The connection works, but we are facing a limitation: only 10 lists (the most recent ones) from our Brevo account are synchronized and available to select. We need to sync all our lists, not just the last 10.

    How can we configure the integration to load and use all existing lists from Brevo?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out. The Popup Builder subscription form add-on itself does not impose any limitation on the number of lists that can be synchronized from Brevo. Since only the last 10 lists are appearing on your side, this behavior may be coming directly from Brevo’s API response

    We recommend checking with Brevo support to confirm if there are any restrictions or settings on their end that might limit the number of lists being returned through the API.
