Brevo Integration

Hi,

I had done the integration between Contact Form 7 and Brevo.

I had create a Contact Us form on my website. I’d like for the site to notify my web admin by sending a copy of the submitted form to my email AND send an email template from Brevo.

However, I found that when I have the Mail set up, Brevo integration stops.

I’d appreciate it if anyone could guide me on a solution for this issue.

Where on the site do you have the form having the issue?

Hi,

It is happening to all 3 forms on my website. The links are

https://loike.store (scroll all the way to the bottom, the newsletter form)

https://loike.store/contact-us

https://loike.store/returns-exchanges/

I have a few questions which might help me decipher what is wrong.
1. Will I need to configure the Mail settings if I have Brevo integration activated?

2. Do I need sendinblue SMTP plugin if I have integrated sendinblue inside contact form 7?

What email settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?

To protect personal data, hiding email addresses in the settings or replacing them with dummy addresses is strongly advised. You can also include screenshots.

1. Newsletter – I want whoever submit the form to receive a template email from Brevo

I’ve followed those but it still doesn’t seem to work.

Question:
Do I need to install Newsletter, SMTP, Email marketing and Subscribe forms by Sendinblue plugin alongside the integration with Sendinblue inside the Contact Form 7 plugin?
