Brevo Mapping Problem

Dear cf7 support.

I used your documentary for the brevo setup

Unfortunately only email address is collected but not FIRSTNAME, LASTNAME and SMS Mobile No.

Here is my form settings below. Can you help me to find the problem and it would be helpful to adjust your instruction with corresponding mapping examples for those missing fields collection.
