    Having tried another product which produced a 2Gb file and with which I had problems, this was brilliant.
    The transfer file was only 570Mb in size and the process was pretty intuitive. There are places where things can be altered or chosen but apart from a password I had to do nothing really.
    All very smooth and I now have a clone than I can develop to a new look site.
    Well done guys this is 5 star product.
