Brilliant plugin

This plugin is amazing, and the customer support is even better. It’s worth paying to be able to easily migrate a website. I was able to quickly take a copy of my website (all the files and the database) and back it up to my computer before uploading to my new hosting provider. I then panicked because I could see that everything had moved over but I couldn’t get the pages to load. I couldn’t even access WP-admin. After hours of tearing my hair out trying to figure out what the problem was, I finally decided see if Backup Guard’s customer support could help. I filed a support ticket and within 10 minutes somebody replied. Within an hour they’d investigated the problem and pinpointed the issue – a simple case of having the wrong version of PHP was preventing my theme from working! This was thankfully very easy to resolve and I’m really happy and grateful for the help the support team gave – above and beyond what I expected!
