I had purchased the pro version, but then ended up having to reduce the number of plugins on my site and Duplicator was one of them. I didn’t know the subscription would auto renew, and as soon as I received the bill via email, I immediately made contact with Duplicator’s support.
They were apologetic and supportive and I received a great reply from Nik, who had understood my dilemma and immediately refunded the subscription fee.
Companies who are prepared to fully understand their customers are quite rare in 2024, the Duplicator team are not in that group. Their customer support was excellent.
