• We’ve recently updated both our theme (Avada) and the broadcast plugin so I’m not sure which is causing the problem, but we are getting a fatal error when trying to broadcast a post that contains theme shortcodes in it (we have done this before in the past and never had a problem).

Here’s the exact error we get:
    broadcast plugin Fatal error:
Class ‘Avada_Sanitize’ not found in /nas/content/live/vancouverps/wp-content/plugins/fusion-core/shortcodes/class-columns.php on line 141&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8

this causes the broadcast function to just spin in the background as it keeps trying to broadcast and keeps erroring out, and I’ve had to go into the queue to shut it down.

Please note that the error is being caused in a plugin called “fusion-core”, and not Broadcast.

The word “Avada” does not occur anywhere in the Broadcast source.

Therefore, the fault must be with the Avada theme, doing something differently. I don’t suppose the theme’s changelog says anything about any code changes?
