After a recent update, the Broadcasted column went missing from my Posts/Pages and other custom post type admin screens.

For some reason, the only area where this does remain is on the Elementor Templates admin area. Additionally, the Meta Box for the Broadcasted area is visible when I click on Edit of a Page/Post, however, it does not actually update to the child site and in the child site, the columns are missing as well.

In debug mode, nothing is showing any errors, and when testing Admin > Broadcast > Maintenance > Broadcast data, the test runs and shows no errors – just returns a blank page afterwards.

At this point should I uninstall the plugin and Pro plugin and try starting over?

    Thanks for the support!

EDIT: I want to add, every time I rebroadcast, or force New Blog Broadcast or Manual Post Action, and check the Queue, I see only the Posts and Elementor Template listed. There should be many more items in the queue, but again, for some reason not even the Posts (which show up in the queue) show the admin column “Broadcasted”

    Uninstalling won’t help.

It sounds like two problems: the meta box not appearing and the column only appearing for elementor templates.

Let’s do one thing at a time. The meta box. What are your broadcast custom post type settings?

Thank you for the quick reply! I should clarify the meta box IS appearing, however even when something is checked as “broadcasted” it’s not actually broadcasted – so any changes do not update.

As for my Broadcast CPT settings:
    post,
    page,
    products,
    leadership,
    attachment,
    custom_css,
    wp_block,
    wp_template,

Could you send me a debug text of you trying to broadcast a post, without the queue addon enabled?

    Thread Starter rigbydesigns

    (@rigbydesigns)

Sure! For reference, I have used Bulk Cloner to clone the Parent site to a child site, and all posts/pages/etc did clone over, however, as mentioned the Broadcasted column is missing in both the parent and child.

Below is on the Parent post debug output (below the “Broadcast to” metabox which has the child site already checked)

High enough role to link: yes
    Post supports custom fields: yes
    Post supports thumbnails: yes
High enough role to broadcast custom fields: yes
High enough role to broadcast taxonomies: yes
    Blogs available to user: 2

The debug text is the text shown in the browser / in the debug file after you select a blog to broadcast to and press the publish button.

The text is normally quite long, so please email it to [email protected]

Email sent. Please let me know if you do not receive. I had to attach the debug log as a .txt file since it crashed my email program on paste.

The fault was having both the Bulk Cloner and New Blog Broadcast add-ons activated at the same time.

Disabling the NBB add-on solved the cloning problem.
