    The fix for this “vulnerability” was actually already committed back in June, but we just didn’t release it yet.

    WordPress Plugin Theme My Login Version: 7.1.13 has conflict with Taskbuilder Version 4.0.8. and WP Media. Causing Taskbuilder and Media not to load from database.
