Ok, I see you guys took this option away in order to get people to pay for your service.
And at 99/yr per site….I’ll have to start shopping around.

now, if it not working anymore, maybe it’s a bug.
if you want investigate on it, my suggestion is open an issue in the community version of w3 total cache https://github.com/szepeviktor/w3-total-cache-fixed/issues, because solve this, require attention of developers and require time. Remember, “community version” isn’t the official version, but is only an alternative version made for free from the fanbase of w3tc.
Otherwise, if you want, you can pay per official support. Make your choise.
But, i have made a test, and it works for me… maybe it’s your theme issue?
