Broken again after v.3.29.1

    With each update of this plugin one has to have strong nerves as it more often brakes my site than it actually works first time.

    This time after upgrading to v3.29.1 from v3.28.36 the form doesn’t display at all.

    I think I’ll have start looking for alternatives.
