    Hi @majaxlt,

    Can you open your Chrome Developer Console (F12), and report if there’s any error (a screenshot would be great!)

    Cheers,
    Charles

    Hi,

    I have same problem on a multisite setup. All multisite backends broke but not the main one. Using Windows 10 and Chrome.

    Here’s the screenshots:

    Hi @siman;

    Thanks for your feedback
    So you installed our plugin, and directly, your admin panel broke ?
    If you disable the resmush.it plugin (if you cannot, just remove the plugin folder), everything become ok ?

    Cheers;
    Charles

    Yes directly after installing the plugin. I disabled, uninstalled and made sure the plugin folder is not on server but problem not resolved.

    Thanks

    Hi @siman,

    Not really sure it’s link to the plugin, but anyway, everything is broken because you fail to load CSS/JS and there’s a 500 error
    – on your browser console (1st screenshot), can you provide the full URL of the file load-styles.php which it tries to load
    – still on the browser console, Network Tab, have a look at a request which have a 500 error, and try to copy/paste the error in this thread. If it doesn’t show anything interesting, have a look at your php error log (provided by your hosting partner), and we’ll try to help

    Cheers,
    Charles

    Hi Charles,
    Thanks for your feedback and support. The 500 error is probably coming from that subsite’s theme and it doesn’t show on other subsites.
    I think at this point it would be easier for me to just reinstall the whole site from an old backup.
    Thank you!
