Broken close ‘script’ tag in page header

Hello.

Thanks for the cool plugin. Recently I faced with issue when WP ’emojies’ are disabled by other plugin and your one puts < /script> (it should be </script>) in the header that breaks HTML loading. Could U check this in your code how it could be?

Hi SeoPress Team, same here.
Found out that this script with cache plugin breaks website and after we took care of “emojies” it fixed the problem, so will be nice if you can fix it, thanks.

Hi,

I’m not sure to understand the issue.

We don’t have any option related to Emojis in SEOPress.

Can you elaborate please? Any URL to share so we can see the bug?

Thanks for the quick response.

‘fmt’ in file names just means pretty formatted to get easy comparing.

GOOD.wo-seo – page without ‘SEOPress PRO’ added content, BAD – page with ‘SEOPress PRO’ added content. It can be seen that < /script> ending tag was inserted instead of </script>.

Are you sure you don’t have a “custom” schema with an incorrect closing </script> tag on your page?

Note that schema is a PRO feature, please open a support ticket from your customer area to handle this. Thx
