Hi @tiotrom,
We’re really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Well, I would be so glad to check things further from your end, can you please forward the page URL so I can see what is actually going there?
Besides, please make sure EA creative button and other necessary widgets are enabled from Elements section, Please have a look here: https://d.pr/i/mlelu8. Afterward, you should be able to see them in Elementor panel, like this: https://d.pr/i/6mPVC5
Hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks!
Hi. All elements are enabled. This happened for 2 websites already. I had to revert back to version 4.6.0. I guess it should be easy to check on any wp installation to try and add a creative button. https://i.imgur.com/T2HbCIj.png As you can see there are no styles for the button.
Hey @tiotrom how did you revert back to the preview version? This new seems to be messing with my site as well.
Hey @jrnotjnr21,
I had the same button problem.
To revert to the previous version, go to the website: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/essential-addons-for-elementor-lite/advanced/ and download 4.6.0 version from the ‘Previous Versions’ section. Then, upload it on your website and install & activate it.
It worked for me
I suggest people install https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-rollback/ plugin that allows them to quickly rollback to any previous versions directly from the ww.wp.xz.cn website.
Hi guys,
We’re working on it, and you’ll find it fixed in next plugin update. But for a quick solution, please create a support ticket through this link: https://wpdeveloper.net/support/new-ticket/
Our Technical Support team will get back to you.
Thank you
Hi @tiotrom @viruspolska @jrnotjnr21,
Hope you guys doing well. This creative button issue has been resolved with the last update.
So please make sure you’re using the latest version of Essential addons (Free 4.6.2 & PRO 4.3.7), and let me know how it goes.
Thanks!
