Broken Email Table Layout

Upon updating to WooCommerce version 10.6.1 we have observed that the order details table is now broken (split into two). We are using the latest WordPress version and have been utilising template overrides for these transactional emails.

The majority of our templates (apart from the header and footer) are outdated, at version 9.7.0. However, after updating these the issue remains.

Is this a known issue, or update in terms of the way WooCommerce pulls the data for these tables? If so, is there any recommended fix for those using template overrides? We’re using the legacy email functionality.
