Broken Functionality after Recent Update

    A recent update (either WP 3.9.1 -> 3.9.2, or to Ultimate Shortcodes) has broken SU. [tabs] shortcodes (and possibly anything else using the custom-loop.php) are dead in the water because of this.

    Warning: require(/home/user/web/www.domain.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/shortcodes-ultimate/templates/custom-loop.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/user/web/www.domain.com/public_html/wp-includes/template.php on line 503

    I had a custom-loop.php file in the templates directory that is now missing.

    I’m having the same issue. Any ideas? Using wordpress 4.1.4 and shorcodes-ultimate 4.9.6
