Broken HTML in Email Summary Notification

    The Email Summary Notification appears to contain some broken HTML, e.g. this HTML code appears printed in the email:

    Emails Sent <span style="font-size: 12px; vertical-align: middle;">(6)</span>

    Email Failures <span style="font-size: 12px; vertical-align: middle;">(2)</span>

    Assuming this isn’t just happening on my end, could this be fixed?

    Also, an additional question about the Notification Settings — if I select to receive them just one day a week under Notification Days (e.g. I check “Tue”), will it give me a summary of all the emails sent since the last notification or just the emails sent on the previous day (e.g. Monday)?

    Hi,

    Can you please mention which email sending service you are using?

    Also, if you select to receive a summary on Tuesday then you will get a summary email every Tuesday. The email will contain the details of last one week(Tuesday to Monday).

    @amimulihsanmahdi — I am using the “Other SMTP” connection provider in FluentSMTP to send emails via Microsoft Exchange.     Hi,

    Looks like it’s an email encoding issue. I have reported the issue to our developers.

    Hopefully, they will take a look and provide a fix.

    In the meantime, you can configure SendGrid to have a great email sending experience.
