broken image as flag

hi
firstly : i want to say :great work on this plugin
effictive and really easy to use
secondly: when i uncheck the flag checkbox in language switcher tab
instead of removing the flag image i get a broken image symbol but only in the footer not in the widget
how can i fix this ???
