I am getting a 403 broken image error on the following link (my site substituted for my actual domain name)

https://mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-reviews-plugin-for-google/static/img/platform/logo.svg?ver=do-not-care-9.4

The image does show on my site site. How do I fix this?

As mentioned, the image is showing, eg. you can see it here:

so I don’t know why I am getting the error?
