Broken in 4.1.1

I thought this had installed ok but actually lots of things aren’t working correctly.

When a user unlikes a post :
Like count drops as expected and db status field is updated as “unlike” but users avatar is still being displayed as liking the post.

Last Posts liked by current user :
Displays every post liked by any member not just the current one. Also if a user has unliked something it still shows as liked here (most likely the same problem that is causing the issue above).
