When enabling WooCommerce Checkout integration with non-default fields there’s a message on how to configure the plugin to send all required fields which links to https://www.mc4wp.com/kb/send-additional-fields-from-integrations/

Think page does not exist and the link should probably be replaced with https://www.mc4wp.com/kb/send-woocommerce-fields-mailchimp/
