Hello Support … I have updated to version 1.5.2 and although the forms are working I am getting an error message “Broken Link” when I try to bulk delete some entries from my forms. Normally I delete 10 at a time but finding I am having to delete them 1 by one as the bulk methods will not work.

Is this an issue with the update 1.5.2?

Can I deactivate WITHOUT losing my current forms and re-install?

    Any help appreciated.

    Alexander

  • Hello @alexanderweb,

This was the bug introduced in Everest Forms 1.5.2. We have replicated this bug and proposed a fix in our GitHub repository. You can give a try and report it back if this issue is resolved or not in this PR https://github.com/wpeverest/everest-forms/pull/228/.

Yes, you can deactivate the plugin and re-install it without losing data but remember EVF_REMOVE_ALL_DATA constant should not be set. Additionally, this patch will be shipped in Everest Forms 1.5.3 as soon as possible. Hope you understand the time 🙂

Many thanks for reporting it here!

Fast work Shiva and much appreciated.

I will wait for the 1.5.3 update and then when working upgrade to the paid version as I need some conditional fields in my forms.

Thanks again for an excellent product and great support.
