Broken links and 404 errors

I recently changed my permalink structure from the default to day and name. This seems to have caused some broken links to pages as I get 404 errors listed in Google’s webmaster tools: notices that look like: http://www.vanettenstudios.com/wordpress/wp-trackback.php?p=166. (referring to the old structure.)

Is there a way to re-associate links so I can clean this up? Most are this trackback type of link.
