You really have the evil inside. This is not a review, this is a rant. Please post something useful like the error in your PHP error logs and I will fix it. The plugin works for thousand of users. That is probably nothing. Please don’t make a review just for complaining and let’s resolve the issue.

Man, my website was broken by this plugin. You think I am calm after that?
This is my review for a plugin that is not working. Do not take it personally.
I do not want to make changes in the structure of the site as long as it works. The error meant a lot of lines of PHP code that were in conflict.
I expected to work from the start.
Sorry, but I do not want to reinstall it to destroy the site again. I can not allow experiments on a production website.
I’m not only one claiming problems with this plugin. So do not criticize a user dissatisfied but try to understand that there can be resentment, and you have to accept that.

    Thanks for understanding.

Your website was not broken. Your website doesn’t display errors or issues when there are any but just halts. Nothing is “broken”.

Maybe there is a warning because you are running an old error of PHP. Maybe another plugin breaks because it does something with my plugin. It can be anything and it is not automatically this plugin’s fault. It can be anything.

Please look at the error behind this. Not only for me. For all the users. And for yourself. Because this issue will happen again and again to you (think about it: why is the plugin working for thousands of users and not for you? because there is an issue with your website, something your should know about).

Seems like your website is blank with that too:

And probably many more, I don’t want to check everything you write on those forums. Clearly something has to be checked with your install.

Be decent, clever, and do this. At least for yourself. Otherwise you will always have issues forever.

Man, I think you did not understand that your plugin installation destroyed my admin interface. Again, I can not do experiments on a production web site, so please you too to keep you decency and not accuse me without any basis.
The example you give is for 5 years and refers to another website.
I appreciate that you want to fix the problem but I can not allow the destruction site are talking about, just for a noble purpose. You know what I mean?
Accept the situation and not trying to insult me. I said that it was nothing personal. I appreciate your hard work and passion, but the plugin did not work and caused a major problem. I think it is enough. If working with this plugin on a test website would be happy to participate in solving your plugin problems. It would not be the first time to provide feedback and help developers with their products.

    Sorry about that.

Thank you and I hope that this time you understand me.

I am actually here to make you understand something. For many years, I have seen your comments (actually I remember your name from before, for something similar, which is why I looked you up). All your messages are the same: doesn’t work, same problem as above, etc.

Every install is different. Developers (not all of us) are very careful and try their best so that plugins works everywhere. But it is impossible without your help. It is not a MacBook, one full-featured product, it is a plugin that is part of a huge system with many components.

Here is what I think you should do when you have a problem:
    – Post about it in in the Support Forums (a simple “it doesn’t work” is not useful)
    – Share with the developer the logs you have (your PHP logs are gold for us – and there is nothing private about them usually)
    – Install the plugin on a test environment before deploying in production (if you are a professional, you should do that, especially if you have many visitors)

The support is terrible? The plugin has not been updated for long time and doesn’t work, no reply from everyone? Go for the bad review, of course.

I am not insulting you, but you should know that you are doing things wrong. I don’t ask you to run the plugin again in production. I ask you for logs. When the admin breaks like this is usually a small tiny issue. A big issue/bug is usually not obvious and actually do a lot more damage.

A honest choice for you would be to:
    1. Provide your logs so that I can fix this issue, or…
    2. Remove your review. If you have no time to check your logs, then you shouldn’t really not take time to rant and hurt a plugin and its developer, who actually wants to help you.

What I would like to see is a change of attitude. That’s for a better future and it’s for you too.

Don’t have a log of this error.
I looked over your answers from other reviews and see that you have the same attitude. You fight with everyone who does not give good note.
I notice that in fact you like to argue with users who do not give good ratings. Since you looked in my work here, why not give other examples where we had the opportunity to work with the author?
Obviously users write on the forums when they have a problem. Not only enter forum to give thanks to the author.
    Please stop arguing.
And if you will search through my work here will notice that you’re the first person with the inappropriate behavior. I never had with anyone such discussions. It is embarrassing!

Please stop to give me advice about behavior as long as you were the one who offended without reason.

I think the discussion here terminated. Please proceed as you wish. Clear discussion, do whatever you want. I do not want to discuss about it. It is unnecessary and time-consuming me.

    Please!

    Have a nice day!

Man, my website was broken by this plugin. You think I am calm after that?

See, you came here out of frustration.

I looked over your answers from other reviews and see that you have the same attitude. You fight with everyone who does not give good note.

Unfortunately, you are not the only one to react this way. 2-3 users came here before, frustrated, just to let the worst review they can (again, that’s not a review, that’s a zero, if there was a minus you would have picked it). This is not constructive. Who is this kind of review is for? Why when the developer wants to help they don’t even reply? Do you think that’s appropriate?

Please stop to give me advice about behavior as long as you were the one who offended without reason.

My advice still stand, it’s above. Don’t review plugin you couldn’t even try. If there is a problem, post on the Support Forums. It’s not even an advice, it’s what you should do.

Don’t have a log of this error.

If there is an error, there is a log.

I don’t know why you are fighting against my reasoning. My reasoning is all about to go forward, help everyone, make it work. You side is to defend people who just despise the developers’ work. I really don’t understand your logic. I wish you could learn what I am trying to do here.

Ok, you’re right! Your plugin is great, my site is defective, you’re a great guy.
    Excuse me!
    Thanks for the tips!
    Good luck!

    (@tigroumeow)

Helping the developers will only bring you good. Just remember that. And before installing random plugins on your prod, do yourself a favor and try them on a test environment. But sorry, my tips are probably really useless?

Without being sarcastic, I really wish you luck.
