Possibly the cookie blocker prevents a script from loading. Does the issue go away when you disable the cookie blocker in complianz/settings?
If so, you can try disabling the integrations one by one to see if it’s a specific integration.

thanks for your reply. I still have this issue. I have disabled the cookie blocker but it’s still there. Also interesting is, the cookie banner doesn’t show up on mobile.
On desktop, everything is fine, all animations show up.

@rogierlankhorst Didn’t work for me unfortunately. I do not have any integrations active.
As you don’t have the plugin active currently, I can’t check what the problem is. Based on your description, my best guess is that you have a jquery conflict on mobile, preventing the plugin to work. As there is no known issue with mobile, it has to be a specific configuration on your site that causes this.
@rogierlankhorst okay thanks, I have activated the plugin now. I deactivated it because how I mentioned it screwed up my mobile view and I don’t want people to see it.
I can also give you my wordpress login if you would like to check on backend. Ty in advance

I have just tested your site through browserstack on iphone 11 safari and chrome, iphone 8 safari and chrome, Samsung galaxy s10 and s11. I don’t see any issues.
Did you try clearing the browser cache, or someone else’s phone?
What phone and browser do you see the issue with?
@rogierlankhorst thanks for getting back to me that quickly. I am using 12.1.2 iOS on an iPhone 6s with the standard Safari browser. Will delete my cache later and let you know if it changed anything.
@rogierlankhorst Quick update. I updated to newest iOS, cleared my cache, issue still persists on Safari. Can you please try to replicate this error with Safari Browser. Thanks in advance

I am sorry to hear that the problem persists on your device. Personally I also have an iPhone 6s and I just visited your page via Safari. All animations and images seem to be working as expected. I also ran some extra tests via Browserstack (android and iOS) and I can’t seem to replicate the issue you are describing.
Could this be an issue isolated to your device (for unknown reasons)? Maybe ask colleagues or friends to have a look at your site?

I would like to inform you that I have found a solution to this problem.
In iphone settings there is an option to disallow pop-ups. I had this option on enabled, and this blocked the cookie banner.
I disabled it, and now everything works perfectly.
