Broken Plugin – Needed to Deactivate It

This weekend I received an email from WP that the WP Sentry plugin was experiencing difficulties. It broke our site.
Publicly WP said:
The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.I had to log into WP Recovery mode to deactivate it and get the site back up. Would love to reactivate the plugin. What do you need from me to make this happen?
