    Hi,

WordPress 4.2.4 and WooCommerce Versión 2.3.13.

The problem in my case is that this plugin use a library of tinymce indepently of WordPress and there are incompatibilities between tinymce 3 (plugin) and 4 (WordPress).

    Hi David,

Thank you for sharing the screenshot of the issue which you have on your site.

I have tried to replicate the same issue on our staging site but I am not able to replicate the same issue on our server. I have WordPress 4.2.4 and WooCommerce 2.3.13 and the Abandoned cart plugin version 1.9 on it. You can check the screenshot of it: http://screencast.com/t/P5Uo9ZffMmMu

Can you please let me know the abandoned cart version which is active on your site?

    Thanks,
    Bhavik Kiri

    Hi,

I tried install the plugin again and I obtain the same error. But now I know the reason. The plugin breaks if Qtranslate-x is installed. For fix this, here is the Integration Guide: https://qtranslatexteam.wordpress.com/integration/

    Thanks,

    Hi David,

Thank you for sharing the conflicting plugin name as well as the solution for it.

We will look into it and try to include the fix in one of our plugin updates.

    Regards,
    Bhavik Kiri
