Broken proposal template

The proposal template does not work with page builders, in my cas with Beaver builder.

I can see in the code:

#} load template
                # NOTE! we are ECHOING here, effectively, rather than returning! (but it works)
                #} Super hacky. would be better via theme template files (e.g. WH Project pages)

Using the_content filter for this really IS hacky way..:) Should be top priority to do this properly..
