Please help me to fix out, how to shipping method(First-class Mail) will display in the Checkout page.

2 – Priority Mail Express 1-Day™ Hold For Pickup
3 – Priority Mail Express 1-Day™
6 – Media Mail Parcel
7 – Library Mail Parcel
23 – Priority Mail Express 1-Day™ Sunday/Holiday Delivery
33 – Priority Mail 3-Day™ Hold For Pickup
53 – First-Class™ Package Service Hold For Pickup
61 – First-Class™ Package Service
If you enable First-Class™ Package Service Hold For Pickup or/and First-Class™ Package Service in the Setting page then First Class Mail Shipping method will be available on the Cart page.
You have enabled only Firstclass Parcel that’s the reason you’re not getting the firstclass options in checkout.
