Broken settings

    Hi guys,

    I have got some problems with both elementor and oceanwp and I am not sure how to resolve it.

    All of the sudden many of the settings broke and it is not possible to change it back. In Elementor for example the column widths changed in mobile view and tablet view and now all the pages and posts look messy. Regardless what I enter into the field, nothing changes. The problem is similar in OceanWP, none of the bars are working so lets say if I want to change the header height , nothing happens. I mean that even when I move the bar to right or left, the figure in the field remains the same so it is not responding. I disabled and then enabled all the plugins but no improvement. Do you think this is a bug? Or am I doing something incorrectly?

    Please provide more details. Sending a screenshot of your desired state would be helpful for faster support.

    You can upload your files to one of the following online services:

    Note 1: Make sure to use the latest version of the theme.

    Note 2: If you have a cache plugin or server cache. You need to clear its cache contents or disable them.

    In fact, you should not be here to see the changes. You should check that option on the single blog post, and please check this video: https://www.loom.com/share/9719d47817e943b4834392d585671d00

    It seems you need to set some styles and then refresh the customizer, so could you please try it and recheck? On my end, I didn’t see the same issue.

    Thanks for coming back

    Sorry, I am not sure what you mean. Both your link and mine show the single blog post. I am unable to do what you can do. I am unable to increase or decrease the number in the page header height section. When I built and set up everything, it was possible and all was fine but now it is not.

    Hi again @andrasch,

    For troubleshooting, please do the following steps and let me the results(even again):
    1- Head over to WP Dashboard > Plugin.
    2- Deactivate all plugins.
    3- Then, first activate the Ocean Extra plugin.
    4- Check your issue.
    5- Then, activate your plugins one by one
    6- After activation of any plugins, check your issue
    If you have a cache plugin or server cache. You need to clear its cache contents or disable them.

    Thanks for the advice. All fine now

    I have deactivated and reactivated as you suggested.

    However I may have to open another topic as now I have a problem with the header images in tablet view and mobile view 🙂
