    Hi @jameschy

    What happens if you click on the “Let’s Start” button? Could you please check for a theme/plugin conflict?

    These steps will help rule out a possible plugin conflict.

    1. Disable all the other third-party plugins and check whether that solves the issue.
    2. If that solves the issue, please activate the plugins one by one to rule out the conflicting plugin.
    3. If the issue persists, please activate a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty and check.
    4. if you’re using any server-side cache, clear/flush the cache.

    i cant clik, because that button is “under” grafik.
    the rest of the points i will check.:)
