I have run into an issue with my site and I can’t figure it out. The error message I received after attempting to reactivate the Awesome Support plugin is this:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 94371840 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 80 bytes) in /home/…/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow.php on line 36

I cannot login into the front end of my site at all. Is Awesome Support not compatible with Enfold?

What could be the problem? And how can I fix this.

    Thank you

Hi – If you believe that AS is responsible you can delete the awesome-support folder via ftp. If that allows you back into your site then should deactivate all your other plugins and switch your theme to the 2015 theme to see if installing and activating Awesome Support generates the same error. If not, then activate your plugins one at a time to see which one triggers the error – the last one you activated before getting the error again is the culprit that is conflicting somehow. Please let us know which one it is.

If none of your plugins generate that error then activate your regular theme and see if that triggers the error.

I am not sure what ENFOLD is so I can’t answer your question about that.

    Thanks.

Thanks for your reply! The developer I’m working with fixed the problem, he said it was in fact the Awesome Support plugin. It was also the one I attempted to activate before I got the error message. I’m extremely bummed about it because I love your plugin and it was exactly what I needed (I had deactivated it temporarily, when I reactivated is when I received the error). On this particular project I don’t have FTP access, which makes it hard for me to experiment much further.

    Thanks again
