Broken: Throws PHP error

I reported a bug a year ago, but it hasn’t been fixed yet:

To fix this, the addmetawebcapablelinks() function simply needs to moved to another area. Moving it to the top of the file is sufficient to fix the problem. If this error is fixed, I’ll bump my rating up higher, but in it’s current state this plugin is not usable IMO.
