I contacted the hosting company and get this answer:
“thanks for waiting! I see that the images are unavailable with error 400, they are trying to be loaded from a third-party resource (Jetpack), such as this image: ********”
In this case, the problem is with the Jetpack plugin.

Hi @samijalal, could you check that there’s no plugin or theme conflict with Jetpack by running the test outline in this guide.

I checked and deactivated all plugins but the issue is the same! I did everything but still suffering!
just i noticed that some features images appears after resizing them into smaller dimensions. That is not the case for most of thumbnails which still broken after changing the size.

- Clear your browser cache (see guide)
- Try a different browser
- if using Cloudflare, make sure it’s properly configured (see guide)
- test with a different theme, you can use Health Check for that (see guide)

just a note: Most of the images appear but after resizing them many times. But some didn’t work! Also I did all your points above but nothing works!!
