    I have a love/hate relationship with Cost Calculator. When it works- it works great. now whether there is a new plugin or wordpress update that breaks it is another issue that is frustrating.

    That all being said- support with Cost Calculator is fantastic. They were able to fix my issues with details not coming across (cost breakdown/price etc) within 10 minutes.

    The support team with Tom is where it is at.

    Thank you for the feedback, sorry for the inconvenience caused

    The plugin may return a fatal error if the same library is used by another plugin installed on your site. In most cases, this conflict is caused by an SVG sanitizer library.

    To troubleshoot the issue and activate the plugin, please follow the steps below:

    1. Deactivate all active plugins via Dashboard > Plugins;
    2. Activate the Cost Calculator Builder plugin;
    3. Reactivate the remaining plugins one by one.

    If another plugin also triggers a fatal error during this process, please let us know its name. We will install it on our end and work on resolving the conflict.

    Also, can you please kindly share your server most recent server error logs? By checking it, we will be able to detect from where this unexpected issue comes on your end. Also, have you tried to install the plugin on a clean and fresh WP environment for testing purposes as well? You can email us from here as well > [email protected] in order to be of better assistance, since the reviews board on wp.org is not a proper way to check unexpected restrictions
