Browse Server Error

I am having an issue with the browse server function to find or upload files. When trying to browse I get a Mod_Security error. It seems that the ../../ used in the ?Connector= is causing problems. If I use the full url the page loads properly.

I normally used an ftp program to do the uploads but I have some not so computer savvy people that will be providing content.
