Looks like a rewrite rule is handles as a redirect. Could you share the contents of your .htaccess file so I can check if that’s correct?

First of all, the redirect you added to the end of the file is more important than the rest. You won’t reach that block if any of the rules above will match. You should begin with the HTTPS redirect and, then W3TC and WordPress should be the last in the file. So here is your new .htaccess file:

Now about your issue, if the above changes don’t fix it, I think you should go to Performance => Support and submit a bug report so we can debug your system to help out. I don’t see missing pieces or wrong rewrite rules.
