    Hi all,

If I enable browser caching in W3 total cache, it seems to break the Elementor page builder. With browser caching disabled, everything works fine again.

It used to work before, so it has to be a recent update (I’m still troubleshooting that part).

Has anyone else seen this issue?

    Kind regards,

    Timmmy

Seems to be the setting “remove query strings for static resources” in css en javascript that causes the issue…

Is there an option to disable this only for specific files?

    Hello @timherinckx

    Thanks for reaching out.
Some themes/plugins are adding the query string version to some files. Removing that query string can cause breaking.
So it appears that the version of some file was changed after the update and it remained cached in the browser, so when you enable the settings, the browser is pulling the old version of the file.
You should keep the setting disabled to avoid any issues. And, no there is no option to disable this for specific files.
    Thanks!
