    We have made a release to the course for our students. But we are facing browser compatibility issues while logging in. Majorly the issues are :

    1. Need updated version of browser.
    2. If the browser is old and you update the browser after trying to login once, then you need to clear the cache.
    3. In few Handsets like One Plus, Nokia etc course is not opening in chrome browser.

    It is difficult for us to update and clear cache or to find compatible browser for all students. Would appreciate if you can help here.

    Tutor LMS always uses updated version PHP, Javascript & CSS codes. Backdated browsers can’t run the latest script/code properly. That’s why we always prefer to use an updated browser.

    ​One Plus, Nokia both are the latest devices, I think this phone always use the latest browser. I think you’re facing this issue for server or browser cache. If you are using any cache plugin, then please deactivate the plugin and check again. Also, disable server-side cache if you are using a server-side cache system.
