Browser compatibility issue

    Hi, good morning. I am having a problem with my woo discount rule plugin. It doesn’t seem to work when you first open the website. It only starts working after you add a product to cart. That’s the only time the discount settings takes place site wide. And it also seems to work well on Firefox browser.Please help.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Do you have any cache plugin set?
    If so, can you delete cache and give a try.

    Is it possible to open a support ticket with screenshots of rule setup so that one of our support engineers will resolve the issue for you.
