On the Add Gallery/Image page I get the following error message:  browser doesn’t have Silverlight, HTML5, or HTML4 support.  I can not upload images.

I have verified compliance with PHP version 7.3 or greaterMySQL version 5.6 or greaterHTTPS supportThe mod_rewrite Apache moduleConfirm with your hosting provider that you have set in your installed php.ini file:PHP Safe Mode turned OFF

My host is biz.nf  I do not know what operating system they are using.  I am using Ubuntu Budgie 18.04.  I get the same error message in Chrome and Firefox.

I have disable all plugins and switched to the 2020 theme, all with no effect.

I have used this plugin for years.  I just removed and reinstalled it.  Version 3.2.23

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make the plugin work again.

    thanks

I am getting confused about what I have posted where. I will look for the other one. Should I mark this as resolved so we know which is which.

    Hi @garyartista,

Sorry but we aren’t allowed to include links to any other threads due to ww.wp.xz.cn rules.

You’ve opened a similar thread ( entitled “Nextgen runtime exception” recently and it already has 2 pages of communication with our support agents so I will just close this current one as duplicate the current one being less relevant.
