Browser History Bug

I believe I have found a bug in the current version. It seems that the directorist plugin is causing an extra entry in browser history on every single page load, even pages that do not have a directory on them. This is causing visitors to have to click the back button twice in order to actually go back.

This is in the account.js file. Is there a way for this not to happen as it has been bugging visitors to our site.
