browser incompatiblity?

hmm ya its weird, i suspect that its code as well but my host told me propagation as my domain just registered not more than 24hours ago, they give me a ipdomain for me to access and it displays correctly on a joomla install i did, however using the same ip when i tried to install wp, it displays the same black text blue links again..

i saved a html over anyone can help see if its link problem or stuffs which i dont know..
