    when I try to checkout, I get the following message:
    There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly…

    But I have set shipping options.

    My earlier error message happens when browsing with a mobile phone (google chrome) but on a pc, the error message is:
    Unfortunately we do not deliver to…

    Hi,

    Probably the shipping address is exceeded the max distance defined in the plugin table rates setting.

    My suggestion try to make a test checkout to your neighbour address that you know the distance is in the ranges of max distance defined in the table rates setting.
