hi

I have updated all my browsers

IE 9
Google Chrome
Firefox

still there is problem

on IE9 the thumbnails scroll but don’t work when click on it
on Firefox the thumbnails clicks but don’t scroll
on Google Chrome both works

any suggestions

Hi,
your problem sounds like a javascript problem. You can deactivate your other plugins and check it. If the problem disappears, a other not well programmed plugin is the reason.
Use step by step reactivation of plugins to detect the evil.

I only have NextGen & NextGen Scroll activated

So, the Problem is, that your thumbnails are destroyed. For example this could be a Memory Limit Problem: http://www.visser.com.au/blog/thumbnail-generation-php-memory-limit-nextgen-gallery/

But I think the guys from the nextgen gallery forum can help you.

… hm you can also try to rename your images with english names befor uploading. Also there could be a problem with right to left text and so on…

with the english version of wordpress it worked

so how i will make it work for the right to left lang

Sorry, but I have no idea. Ask in the nextgen forum. Because i think it’s a Problem with the nextgen gallery and not with my scroll gallery plugin.
