    👋Hi Alexandra,

    Thank you for your message.

We’ve looked into the issue. The main challenge here is that the JetFormBuilder plugin currently doesn’t allow full third-party plugin integration for login handling. However, we noticed that JetFormBuilder does provide its own options for login protection, such as limiting login attempts and enabling reCAPTCHA. These can be configured directly within the form settings to help improve compatibility.

Starting with WP Ghost v8.2, we’ve added broader server compatibility, which required structural changes to the login system. For this reason, downgrading to earlier versions is not possible.

We’ve also reached out to the JetFormBuilder (Crocoblock) team regarding this, and their response was that, as per their policy, they do not guarantee full compatibility with third-party plugins.
You can read more about that here: https://crocoblock.com/terms/#technical-support
See proof of the conversation here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jcozQxKg2hYekxCVAvMJIR12zCeHbxYs/view?usp=sharing

We appreciate your understanding and will continue to explore ways to improve compatibility where possible.

In my country, you can’t use a captcha (made in the USA), a mathematical solution would be great.

I have a good news, we already have Math reCAPTCHA and you can start using it right now without any limitations.
