    Good morning,
    I state that I do not know English well so I use google translate.

    I have a problem with making and restoring backups from google drive.
    up to eightble I could make backups and restore them now no longer able to do them; I deleted the settings by redirecting the google drive authentication but once the procedure is done, keep telling me:

    “You have not yet obtained an access token from Google – you need to authorize or re-authorize your connection to Google Drive.”

    If you are posting over 10 lines (and you posted much more than that) do not post that here. It doesn’t work.

    Instead put your log into a service such as https://pastebin.com/ and just share the link to that paste instead.

    Hi,

    Apologies, as part of the authentication process, the plugin has to forward a connection via a centralised Google app. It is possible that our firewall was blocking the connection from your site.

    I have whitelisted your site IP. Please could you try authenticating again?

    Good morning,
    I tried again to make the backup and now everything works. Unfortunately, it physically deleted my backups from google drives. Can they be recovered or have they been lost forever?

    Hi,

    Apologies for the delay.

    I’m afraid that backups that have been deleted from both the site and remote storage are not retrievable.

    As you have now switched to the new authentication method, the storage folder in Google Drive may have changed. Could you check for any other folders in Drive?

    I checked other folders in google drive but I did not find any other backups. It’s not a big deal; I’m happy that I can now run backups again. Thanks for your help.
