• I have a project I am just getting started on and am having troubles getting it configured correctly. I am trying to make a group of networked sites that all have social integration withing each other. I am doing a fresh install and am curious if I could get suggestions on how to structure this site.

Within my main site I am attempting to build several networks. Each of these networks would have a large community of people. Within these large network communities, each would be split up into small groups. Each of these groups would have their own private site where all of their interaction would take place. (chat, calendar, groups, events, docs, etc.) They would ideally be able to interact outside of these private sites with the other users in the network in other ways.

I have been using WP 3.8.1
    Then enabling multiSite
    Then installing multiNetwork
    Then creating multiple networks
Then creating multiple sites for each network
Then assigning sites to each network
Then install buddyPress and network activate

When I create a user they are only active on the main site itself. They should be created on a certain site, and available to the entire network.

    Help please!

Yeah they should be. Are they not listed in wp-admin/network/users.php ?
